By the Grace of Allah, November marked the beginning of the new Khuddam year and a local amila meeting was held where the activities regarding various departments and plans were discussed. A general meeting was also held.

Departmental Activities

SeJ & KeK Departments

 This month, several departments conducted activities, such as the Weekly Football initiative by the Sehat-e-Jismani department where an 8-aside football match was held. Regionally, a Cricket tournament was held in which several Khuddam participated from the Bolton Qiadat. The Khidmat-e-Khalq depatment had also organised a 4-hour tree planting session in Bolton’s Haslam Park, which numerous Khuddam participated in. 



Ta’lim Department

The Taleem and Tarbiyyat departments jointly conducted a session at Baitul Aziz, in which the topic ‘Sunnah and Science’ was discussed’ which was chaired by Respected Murabbi Silsila. The event discussed how Islam and Science go hand in hand, as well as the enlightenment and guidance which one attains from Sunnah. 
This is in additional to the weekly interactive sessions which are conducted by the department.

Atfal Department

The Atfal Department is making strides in nurturing the youth of the community in religious and secular knowledge. As is customary, the Atfal have their Weekly Atfal class which is based on a Stage Syllabus which is followed with an hourly football session. Additionally, supplementary Qur’an and Nazira classes are also held for the Atfal to improve their fluency in recitation of the Holy Qur’an. 
The Waqfeen-e-Nau are also gearing up for their local Ijtema which is due to be held in the first week of December.

As the first month of the Khuddam year comes to a close, the spirit and acitivies of our youth are only just beginning.
