My the Grace of Allah Almighty, Wandsworth Town celebrated its annual Local Ijtema today at Fazl mosque. It had over 70% attendance and an exceptional turnout for Atfal. Khuddam engaged in academic competitions such as Talawat, Adhaan, Nazm, Speech, and Extempory Speech. 

 

A French style breakfast with pastries was provided for the morning for the early comers. 

Lunch was provided with Baryani and Kheer on the menu, which was thoroughly enjoyed.

 

After there was a Kahoots Event hosted by respected Regional Qaid Sb who engaged the Aftal and Khuddam in a competition. After, Alhamdullilah, we were then led with a final session hosted by respected Sadr Khuddamul Ahmadiyya who gave spiritual and worldly insight to our young men on Noah’s Ark and the story of Hadrat Yunus.

 

Preceding this was our Annual Local Sports Day in which we partook in Tug of War, Football, Archery, and the 100m race.
