اِنَّا جَعَلۡنٰہُ قُرۡءٰنًا عَرَبِیًّا لَّعَلَّکُمۡ تَعۡقِلُوۡنَ ۚ﴿۴﴾
English Translation
We have made it a Qur’an in clear, eloquent language that you may understand.
[c]We have made it a Book to be oft read in clear, eloquent language that you may understand.
