Southall Mosque Hosts Inspiring Dars and Iftar Gatherings Throughout Ramadan
Southall Mosque had the blessed opportunity to hold insightful dars (religious lectures) and community iftar gatherings every weekend throughout the holy month of Ramadan. These spiritually uplifting sessions brought together worshippers to deepen their understanding of Islam and strengthen their faith.
Distinguished scholars and speakers, including Amir Sahib, Rana Mashood Sahib, Sir Ifthikar Ayab Sahib, and Imam Ataul Mujeeb Rashed, delivered the dars, covering a range of important and thought-provoking topics. These included the significance of the Holy Quran in daily life, the boundless forgiveness of Allah, the exemplary life of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him), the role of parents in Islam, and the responsibility of raising children with strong moral values. Additionally, attendees reflected on how to become better Ahmadi Muslims in today’s world.
The sessions were met with great enthusiasm, providing attendees with a deeper connection to their faith while fostering a sense of unity within the community. The weekly iftar gatherings also allowed members to break their fast together, reinforcing the spirit of brotherhood and compassion that Ramadan embodies.
As the holy month concluded, Southall Mosque expressed gratitude to all the speakers and attendees who contributed to making these events successful. The hope remains that the lessons learned during Ramadan will continue to inspire positive change and devotion in the lives of all who participated.
