On the 18th of December 2023, 3 boys from Southall (may Allah bless them abundantly Ameen) took part in homeless food distribution across several London sites with some other boys from Middlesex region. Together they gave out 72 bags of food, drinks and snacks to homeless individuals who are sleeping in cold and rough conditions this winter. Despite this, it was nice to see that our actions put a smile on their faces. Donations for the homeless in embodies the virtue of helping those in need and fulfilling the duty of Zakat, and is something we should be proud to take part in both on a larger scale but also more personal level. May Allah enable such continuing efforts to help others.
