On 8th July 2022, Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Dinner was held at Islamabad, Tilford. This blessed event presented an opportunity to the Middlesex Region to provide its support to ensure all arrangements were carried out smoothly.

3 Khuddam from MKA Hayes East performed various duties at Mubarak Mosque from 5:00 pm to 11:30 pm, contributing 19.5 man-hours.

Ishaat: 1 Meetings were held in the preceding week to ensure all the roles and responsibilities were assigned. The Qaideen and Nazim Waqar-e-Amal promoted the event to the khuddam to come forward to participate through texts and calls.

Kidmat-e-Khalaq: Ali Haider Mirza Sb picked up 2 khuddam to bring to this blessed event for the duty.

Waqar e Amal: As part of the waqar e amal, the khuddam carried out the following duties:

• Carried all the dinner plates, cutlery, platter dishes, and food pots from the kitchen to the serving stations
• Set up the serving station to ensure guest were provided with the starters, main course, and dessert
• MKA Middlesex were responsible for serving 30 tables at the event
• Clean-up was carried out once the event had concluded

Ziafat: Qaid Sb Hayes East arranged lunch for the khuddam on duty
