Atfal‑ul‑Ahmadiyya Scotland Hold Weekend Sleepover and Charity Donation Drive
The Atfal‑ul‑Ahmadiyya of Glasgow enjoyed an inspiring and activity‑filled weekend as they gathered for a special Atfal Sleepover at the Bait‑ur‑Rahman Mosque. The event began on Saturday at 6:45pm and concluded on Sunday at 11:30am, bringing together young members for learning, bonding, and spiritual development.
Throughout the night, Atfal took part in engaging educational sessions, prayers, team‑building activities, and discussions designed to strengthen their moral, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. The sleepover provided a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for Atfal to build friendships and deepen their connection with the Jamaat.
A highlight of the weekend was the charity donation initiative, where Atfal collected and donated clothes and toys to local charity shops across Glasgow. This act of service reflected the true spirit of compassion and community care taught by Islam, and helped the boys understand the importance of giving back to those in need.
The event concluded with a closing session and refreshments, leaving the Atfal motivated and inspired to continue serving their community.
The Majlis extends heartfelt thanks to all Atfal, parents, and volunteers who supported and contributed to this successful and meaningful weekend.
