By the grace of Allah, Tahir Region held their first Khuddam event of the year – SLD (Study, Love and Defend Islam) on 30th November at Worcester Park Scouts Hall.

The event began at 17:15 where Khuddam sat and listened to Huzoor’s speech at the Humanity First International Conference. The main session of the event then commenced with an insightful discussion led by respected Akash Malik (Regional Nazim Talim for Tahir Region), who was accompanied by Imam Raza Ahmed and Hafidh Usama Butt. Discussions took place regarding ‘How Islam is a cure both spiritually and physically’ and ‘Understanding the prophecies of the end times’, following which a series of ‘Fiqh’ questions were answered, for example: ‘How many people are required to perform Jummah prayer’. The event finished with congregational Isha prayer, followed by dinner and dessert. Alhamdullilah over 70 Khuddam took part in the event.
