Qiadat Quest – Activity Guide/Rules

Qiadat Quest runs from 15 January to 15 June. This page explains what each activity involves, what rules to follow, and what evidence you must submit.

Planning and Getting Started

  • Hold a short local amila meeting to review all activities and decide when and how you will complete them.
  • The Qaid will be the main point of contact (or nominate one person if different).
  • Every Qiadat must submit a simple plan showing:
    • Which activities you will complete.
    • Key dates for each activity.
    • A brief note on how you aim to complete them (e.g. who will lead, rough schedule).
  • Due: Thur 29 January
  • Aim to plan at least 1–2 activities in the first period (Jan–Feb). Many activities work well in Ramadan due to increased focus and attendance.

Mandatory Activities – What to Do and What to Submit

1. Salat Challenge (3 Salat Ashras)

  • Run three Salat Ashras during Qiadat Quest.
  • Target: 20% of Tajneed attending at least Isha in each Ashra.
  • In one Ashra, hold a 1‑hour Salat Workshop conducted by the National Tarbiyyat Department.
  • Go beyond posters: use calling campaigns, lifts to the mosque, house visits, learning duas, understanding Salat and correct pronunciation.
  • Evidence to submit
    • Attendance sheet for each Ashra (with dates).
    • Short report (see Section 4).
    • Photo(s) from at least one Ashra/workshop.

2. Tabligh Leaflets

  • Small Qiadats: 5,000 leaflets.
  • Large Qiadats: 10,000 leaflets.
  • Activity must be planned by Khuddam, although it can be done with Ansar, but only the Khuddam leaflet distribution will count.
  • Multiple Qiadats can leaflet together, but each Qiadat must track its own total and submit only its own number.
  • Evidence to submit:
    • Attendance sheet for Khuddam distributing
    • Photos of Khuddam doing leafleting.
    • Number of leaflets distributed, signed off by Qaid Sahib.
    • Short report (see Section 4).

3. Holy Qur’an Memorisation

  • At least 10% of Khuddam in the Qiadat must memorise the last 10 Surahs of the Holy Qur’an.
  • Good to run during Ramadan.
  • Aitmaad team may call the Khadim who has completed the challenge to confirm.
  • Evidence to submit:
    • Attendance sheet list of Khuddam who completed memorisation.
    • Short report including how the Qiadat has verified Khuddam have memorised the last 10 surahs of the Holy Quran – A Jamaat/Khuddam amila member or Murrabi should test each individual Khadim for each Surah, on the phone or in person.

    • Attendance sheet with list of Khuddam who completed the book, who may be contacted to confirm they have completed the book.
    • Short report and photo(s) of any group sessions etc.

5. Weekly In‑Person Get‑Together

  • Run a weekly in‑person activity for Khuddam at Qiadat level (not regional).
  • Examples: Talim class, food night, sports, study circle, skills workshop, etc.
  • National/regional duties (e.g. Waqar‑e‑Amal at large events) do not count, activities should be held at a qiadat level.
  • You may miss up to 5 weeks for valid reasons. Activities can vary each week.
  • Evidence to submit:
    • Photo(s) from each week.
    • Short report for each session (date, type of activity, approx. attendance).

6. Green Qiadat (RAG Status)

  • Your Qiadat should have a Green RAG status for 4 out of 5 months during Qiadat Quest.
  • This means completing the mandatory tasks as a minimum.
  • Evidence to submit: No separate upload needed – Aitmaad will review the monthly RAG tracker for each Qiadat.

For every activity submission, your Qiadat must include a short written report and photo/video evidence.

  • Short report
    • Template will be shared in the Qiadat Quest WhatsApp group.
    • Length: around 100–150 words.
    • Cover: what the activity was, when/where it took place, how many Khuddam attended, what you hoped to achieve, and any key learning.
  • Photos / video
    • Attach at least 1–2 clear photos or a short video clip showing Khuddam taking part.
    • Submissions without report and media may not be counted until completed.
  • Attendance sheet
    • Complete the attendance sheet with activity and names of the challenge participants.

Submission Process – What Happens When You Submit

  • For each completed activity, Qaid or Motamid fills in the Qiadat Quest submission form:
    • Select the completed activity.
    • Enter the report.
    • Attach evidence incl attendance (max 1GB total and 10 attachments: PDF, image, video, etc.).
  • The Aitmaad team:
    • Reviews submissions and logs them in the central tracker.
    • Updates the national progress table every two weeks.
    • If your activity does not appear or is unclear, we may:
      • Ask for clarification or extra details.
      • Request new or clearer evidence.

Planning activities around each other is fine, but they must be genuinely separate; one action cannot be used to “double‑count” multiple activities.

Follow‑Up, Dates and Support

  • Follow‑up with Qaideen:
    • Monthly / bi‑monthly messages summarising what your Qiadat has submitted and what is outstanding.
    • Occasional short calls to support Qaideen who need help.
    • Qiadat Quest WhatsApp group for reminders and templates.
  • Key dates:
    • 15 January – Quest begins
    • 15 June – Quest ends
    • 16 June onwards – Final review and confirmation of top Qiadats
  • Support & questions:

Please share this guidance with your local amila and Khuddam so everyone understands how to plan, complete, and correctly submit each activity.
