By the grace of Allah, Baitul Ehsan held its Regional Refresher Course on 30th November 2025 at Baitul Ehsan Mosque.

The day began at 10:00am with Registration. The opening session commenced at 11:15am with the Recitation of the Holy Qur’an, Pledge, and Nazm, followed by opening remarks by Regional Qaid Sahib. The chairman of this session, Sadr Sahib MKA, then addressed the office bearers regarding the importance of fulfilling the duties and responsibilities placed upon us as office holders. This session concluded with Dua.

Following the opening session, ten breakout sessions were organized to discuss this year’s plan. The ten key departments accommodated at this year’s Refresher Course were:

• Amoomi
• Atfal
• Khidmat-e-Khalq
• Nazim-e-Ala Ijtema
• Maal
• Motamid
• Sehat-e-Jismani
• Tabligh
• Talim
• Tarbiyyat
• Waqar-e-Amal

During these workshops, the Mohtamim or a representative from the respective National Department met with regional and local counterparts to share this year’s plan and advise office holders on how to execute their tasks. Additionally, the local Nazimeen utilized this opportunity to ask specific questions directly related to their department to gain further insight. 

This was followed by Zohur & Asr prayers, after which delicious Biryani was served as lunch

An informal session was also held with Respected Mohtamim Atfal, Akbar Butt sahib, from 2:30 pm until 3:15pm.
