MKA Birmingham West and Dudley hold Fajr Fit and Litter pick session
Khuddam from Birmingham West and Dudley started the day off on the positive note by reading Fajr Namaz at Baitul Ghafoor Mosque. This was followed by a Fitness session, delicious breakfast and a litter pick session in the local area. This effort helped to combine spiritual devotion with fitness and environmental responsibility.
The Mosque witnessed a vibrant display of energy as Khuddam engaged in various forms of exercise. The early morning routine not only fostered physical health but also promoted a sense of community and discipline. The choice to exercise post-Fajr is rooted in the Islamic teachings that emphasize the importance of maintaining a healthy body and mind and keeping the environment healthy. This event helped to connect physical and spiritual well-being together.
The best part was that the Khuddam didn’t just make themselves feel good, but they also made their community a better and cleaner place. The Fajr Fit and Litter Pick became a great way for the Khuddam to start their day right, keeping fit and making their neighbourhood a nicer spot for everyone.
