Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Glasgow Celebrates Eid al-Adha

On Friday, 6th June 2025, members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Glasgow gathered at Bait-ur-Rahman Mosque to perform the Eid al-Adha prayer, marking this sacred occasion with devotion and unity.

The prayer service was led by Abdul Abid, who delivered a heartfelt sermon emphasizing the values of sacrifice, gratitude, and service to humanity. Worshippers reflected on the significance of Eid al-Adha, commemorating the obedience of Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) and the spirit of selflessness that defines this festival.

Following the prayer, attendees exchanged greetings.

The event was a beautiful reminder of the Ahmadiyya motto: “Love for All, Hatred for None”, as members came together in a spirit of peace and brotherhood.

Wishing everyone a joyous and blessed Eid!
