On Wednesday 5th June, 15 Khuddam gathered at Southall’s Darus Salaam Mosque as part of the Super Salat Initiative, organised by the Tarbiyat Department in line with the Tarbiyat Ashra set by Markaz.

The purpose of the initiative was to help Khuddam build the habit of offering Salat in the mosque, especially during the blessed period of the Ashra. It was a spiritually uplifting evening, with Khuddam joining together to offer congregational prayers and reflect on the importance of maintaining regular attendance at the mosque.

Following the prayers, the group went out to eat at a nearby restaurant, turning the evening into a chance for social connection as well. This gathering not only strengthened their bond as brothers but also helped create a positive atmosphere around mosque attendance.

InshAllah, the local Qiadat hopes to make this a regular initiative to continue nurturing both the spiritual and social wellbeing of Khuddam.
