MKA Greenford – Spring Clean Community Litter Pick

On Sunday 6th April, Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya (MKA) Greenford took part in the national Spring Clean campaign by organising a local litter pick across key areas of the community. The initiative aimed to promote environmental responsibility and contribute to the improvement of public spaces.

A total of five Khuddam participated in the effort, dedicating their time to cleaning walkways, alleyways, and green spaces in the area. With the support of Local Councillor Ajmal Akram, the volunteers collected dozens of bags of rubbish, helping to create a visibly cleaner and safer environment for local residents.

The litter pick is part of MKA’s continued commitment to serving the wider community through practical, impactful actions. By removing waste from commonly used public areas, the Khuddam helped reduce health hazards and enhance the overall appearance of the neighbourhood.
