Qiadat Quest is a national initiative for Khuddam that encourages every Qiadat to bring its year to life through uplifting, practical activities. The focus is on participation, brotherhood, and spiritual growth, not just competition.

Step 2 - Activities

Once you register your Qiadat will be required to take in a variety of activities.

Step 3 - Activities

From 15th January 2026 – 15th June 2026, your Qiad will be  required to submit the completion of activities. 

Activities - Mandatory

  • Green Qiadat RAG status 4 out of 5 months – Ensuring the Qiadat is completing mandatory tasks as a minimum, meaning four out of the five months during Qiadat Quest, the Qiadat must have a green RAG status.

  • Salat Ashra will include ensuring that the Khuddam attendance at Namaz for Isha at least is 20% of the Tajneed.

  • In one of the three Ashras, there should be a 1-hour Salat Workshop conducted by the National Tarbiyyat Department.

  • The Salat Ashra plans are not just about sending a poster, set up proper measures to increase attendance. Including but not limited to; calling campaigns, arranging pick up/drop off for Khuddam and house visits to encourage Khuddam to come to masjid.
  • Distribute Tabligh leaflets – 5,000 leaflets for small Qiadats and 10,000 for large Qiadats (This can be combined with another event such as a hike)
  • Holy Quran memorisation – 10% of the Khuddam from the Qiadat to memorise the last 10 Surahs of the Holy Quran.
  • Book of the year challenge – 10% of the khuddam from the Qiadat to read the book of the year (Zikr-e-Ilahi (Remembrance of Allah)
  • Run a weekly in-person engaging get-together/activity of Khuddam in the Qiadat. This can include Talim Class, food night, sports session etc that can engage Khuddam at a Qiadat level. (A Waqare Amal or Tarbiyyat/Amoomi Duty at national or regional events do not count. This activity has to be done at a Qiadat level and cannot be combined with a regional activity.) Every Qiadat will be allowed to miss 5 weeks for any valid reason.

Activities - Optional

  • Plan a Qiadat hike/Picnic (should be a full/multiple day(s) event, not just a quick hike/picnic)
  • Run an inter-Qiadat event (sport, quiz, or collaborative service project with another Qiadat from a different region or their own region).
  • Plan an overnight stay at the mosque (those who do not have a mosque, can utilise a different Qiadat’s mosque)
  • Raise £2500/3500 for Charity Challenge depending on Tajneed – you can Organise a charity challenge within your Qiadat if you so wish or raise for their regional/national charity challenge
  • Blood Donation Campaign – 5 Khuddam for small Qiadats and 10 for large Qiadats to donate blood.

Top Qiadats will receive:

Increased budget to spend on their Qiadat: (e.g. socials, local activities).

  • £175 for small Qiadats (Tajneed of up to 40 Khuddam)
  • £300 for Large Qiadats (Tajneed of 41 Khuddam or above)

Exclusive inspirational talks arranged by the National Team

A day in the Markaz planned by the National Team where all successful Qiadats and their Khuddam are invited for a meal and activities.
